Shay grew up in a small town outside of Lebanon, Missouri called Competition. She has always had a love and passion for people and anything with a heart beat. She graduated high school from Plato School in 2017 then went on to get her Human Resources Certification in 2021. When Shay isn’t at work she is helping with her mom’s café and doing catering jobs. Shay settled in at Calo as a coach in April 2021. Shay accepted the position for Preteen Animal Assisted Therapy Coordinator in October 2021. Shay and her lovely husband Bradley have 4 wonderful canines of her own at home, 3 of which are rescues. Gaia and Ghost are two loving pitbulls, Allie is a sweet mystery pup who is full of life, and last but certainly not least Boone is a wiggly little dachshund puppy who is very playful and slightly mischievous. Shay is very excited to continue working with the students and canines and help them grow together to the best of her ability.
