Erica grew up in St. Louis MO, and has always worked in career fields that had the same thing in common… serving and helping people. Erica had spent 8 years working for a steel manufacturer, working her way up to become the Safety Director, before deciding to join the Calo Admissions Team in summer of 2017. As she developed in the Calo family, Erica stepped into the Quality Assurance Director role June 2019.
