Brandon joined Calo is early September 2021. He was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He joined the Army after the tragic events of 9/11. After completing several tours in Iraq, Brandon returned to the states in 2008. It wasn’t long after his military retirement the following year that Brandon was offered an opportunity to work with youth who were embattled with different challenges and in need of guidance. It was then that he realized that he had a strong passion for helping youth. Brandon embraced the opportunity to learn everything that he could and to be of service to others. He worked as a house supervisor for 7 years. Brandon then transitioned into a higher leadership role wherein he was responsible for the overall management of the house supervisors for the past 3 years. As Calo’s Preteen Boy Residential Manager, Brandon will oversee residential programming, residential staffing, and residential operations working in collaboration with the treatment team to fulfill Calo’s core purpose of profoundly changing lives and creating joy.
